Keemun

Keemun is one of the most famous teas in the world, making up one third of the popular English Breakfast. This organically grown tea is from the Chinese province of Anhui. The leaves have a distinctive shape, having been twisted and left to oxidize, then baked or fired to remove any remaining moisture. This process results in a mild sweetness and a hint of smokiness; some say that this is the “Burgundy Wine” of teas.
