  1. Returns

Option 1 – No Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (503) 305-6966, info@cupoftea-oregon.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.’

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Method – Your order will be shipped to you via United Parcel Services (UPS) in Ground service. If you have a different requirement, please call us at (503) 305-6966

Processing / Delivery Time
Allow 7 to 10 business days for processing and delivery. Please give us a complete street address (UPS does not deliver to post office boxes). If using a rural route number, also include the nearest crossroad in the order notes section.
