In this workshop, you will gain an understanding of the basics of Ayurveda, an ancient holistic healing system designed to achieve balance and harmony. We will explore Ayurvedic herbs and remedies specifically beneficial for the summer months, helping your body stay cool and balanced.
Learn techniques to calm the mind, support the liver, and listen to your heart through practices such as breathwork, yoga, and mindful walking. Discover the importance of proper hydration and how to effectively keep your body nourished and refreshed.

Sarah is a Tarot Reader and Coach, as well as a healer, energy worker, medium, and spiritual counselor. She has been practicing Tarot personally and professionally for over 14 years. Sarah comes from a lineage of Native healers, medicine women, and men, mediums, and palm readers. Sarah is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 700) with a focus on Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy.
