Julie Jansen brings her expertise in meditation, movement, and land-based practices to guide individuals and groups on their journey. With a gentle, trauma-informed approach, Julie empowers participants to integrate presence-based practices into their lives. She is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and co-founder of Earthbody Presence. Julie currently teaches meditation and movement at Portland State University and leads retreats, forest bathing experiences, and other offerings through Earthbody Presence.
