I’ll briefly go over what is a chakra and its functions. Then I will scan each persons chakras to help identify trapped emotions or mental blocks that are being stored in your energetic body. Feel free to bring a notepad or journal to take notes. Come with curiosity and an open heart for learning for with observation we are able to pull out those negative thoughts and patterns that have been running in your subconscious to your conscious awareness allowing the opportunity for awareness, growth, and healing.
