Flavor Profile: Floral, Powdery, Sweet Spices

Our friend Josh over at J-Tea shares his passion for Taiwanese teas in this delicious Li Shan high mountain oolong. His attention to the philosophy and heart of the relationships it takes to gather and share tea spills into our cups. This is a low oxidized oolong with a beautiful pale golden-green color. With sweet-bold notes of cinnamon and pepper blanketed by powdery florals, this tea’s presence feels like being on the beach, wrapped in a big warm blanket, while sitting on the hood of your car feeling the sea breeze.
