Flavor Profile: Vanilla, Cream, Powdered Sugar

Feng Xia of Teazen Teahouse studied architecture in China and after finishing her degree early, fell in love with tea in an extra curricular cultural studies class. After moving to the US with her husband, they worked together to design and build a teahouse in their back yard! Now she travels back home to personally meet and source teas directly from the farmers. She shared this magnificent silver needle tea with us. We were blown away by the complexity of this tea in its gentle nature. This tea shows up as creamy and smooth on the palate with clear notes of vanilla, powdered sugar and soft sweet banana.
