Please join us for an evening of tea and reading! Local author R. Lindsay Carter will be introducing us to her debut novel, Unfamiliar Territory, with a reading of the first chapter. The reading will begin at 6:30 pm and will be followed by a Q&A session. Unfamiliar Territory is a contemporary fantasy novel featuring a young bounty hunter with a large secret, her canine companion, witches, magic, prophecies, cats, found family, and a touch of humor. This is the first book in The Familiar’s Legacy, a planned four-book series. The second book in the series, Relative Truths, has also been released.
