Description: I discovered this drinking chocolate while on a family trip to Bergen, Norway. This women-owned company stole my heart when I was presented with a cup of light and frothy chocolate with a marshmallow on top. Dark and rich flavor, with notes of caramel and molasses.
70% dark Tanzania chocolate.
Certified Organic – Our cocoa beans come from Kilombero valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain national park. There the social enterprise Kokoa Kamili drives a huge change by buying wet beans directly from the farmers at premium prices, and carefully controlling fermentation and drying.
