Sticky Rice Sheng

Although not as common as other pu-erh teas, this green pu-erh has an intense mineral and herbaceous flavor. The tea is handpicked from Mr. Li’s ecological trees, then sun-dried and fired to make a sheng pu-erh. It is then blended by hand with nuo mi xiang (a sticky-rice-scented herb) in the style of the local Dai Minority.
