De Jiang Long Zhu

$8.00 oz.

From eastern Guizhou, China, this tea comes straight from a new garden project, perched at 1,200 meters above sea level. The name refers to the young shoots, strewn with buds, that are rolled into small pearls. The tea comes from a cultivar called “Fuding Da Bai.” This bold tea evokes a taste reminiscent of snow peas.
