This class is for the tea lover, curious and excited to chart into new and sometimes wild, tea territory. Some teas don’t fit neatly into a curriculum. Each gathering may feature teas that don’t normally appear in any other class: unusual cultivars, experimental processing styles, aged or stored teas pulled from our private collections, or even just expressions of Camellia sinensis that exist outside the familiar. Teas that have been quietly waiting for the right moment and the right people. Sometimes rare. Sometimes strange. Always worth exploring together!
