Yoga and Mindfulness
Does tea, yoga, and mindfulness sound like your idea of a good time? Join me for a 30-minute beginner level vinyasa flow, followed by 25 minutes of journaling and reflection on the philosophy of yoga with a pot of hot tea. Bring your own journal or buy one from the tea shop, and feel free to stay after the class to hang out and get yourself a cup of tea.
Ash Dahl
Ash is a Portland local who has been practicing yoga since 2015 with an emphasis on reflection, mindfulness and journaling. They completed their yoga teacher training in 2020 to deepen their practice and understanding of self. Their belief is that yoga is a practice of deeping your connection with your body, and learning to quiet the thoughts of a mind living in a busy, demanding world.
Pricing
Price: $15-$25 for the class. If you can afford $25 please pick this option, it makes it possible to include the $15 option so the class is accessible for everybody. Includes the cost of two pots of tea to share with the class during journaling time.
Available for 8 students each week.
Time
Class starts at 9 am, wraps up at 9:55 am for Ash to rearrange the furniture but students are welcome to stay and enjoy their cup of tea.
Please arrive in time to be ready to begin at 9 am
