DESCRIPTION:\n**Calling all paper craft enthusiasts, plant lovers, and more!**\nIn this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of the beautiful art of paper quilling: rolling, gluing, and folding strips of paper to create a three-dimensional design using shapes. We will be learning how to arrange shapes such as teardrops, circles, etc., into a cute little potted paper succulent. The succulents we will make measure about 2.5 inches tall and wide and are potted in a mini terra cotta planter. You will learn about all of the tools and materials needed, and the class will also provide templates for a possible design, though you are free to bring your own creative flair! This is one succulent that won’t ever die on you, no matter how much love or neglect you give it.\nAfter learning how to create our project, you will have work time to create your own little potted mini-succulent. All tools and materials are provided, and after class, you will even be able to bring some of your tools home to create more designs!\nThe class is taught by Callie, the artist behind Callie Mac Design.
